 Gen. David H. Petraeus administers the reenlistment oath to 160 4th Cavalry Regiment, 10th Mountain Division Soldiers at Camp Spann Oct. 23. Petraeus, commander of International Security Assistance Force troops in Afghanistan, traveled to Mazar e Sharif in Balkh Province to preside over the mass reenlistment and thank the Soldiers for their commitment to duty, their country and their fellow service members.
